    The reserve established by the Seller last week was NOT met.

    The NEXT BID will meet with Seller's reserve.  The process will then move forward for the Marina to make a decision to exercise their right of first refusal.

    The winning bidder will receive the pro-rata share of the rental income from the Seller at closing.


    Maximum weight is 7,500 lbs.  The slip can accommodate a 24’ vessel along with a T-Top or Bimini Top of approximately 9’ high.  The maintenance fees are paid quarterly and cost $624.00 per quarter.  

    This slip is currently enrolled in the Ocean Isle Marina rental program.  The new owner can keep the tenant in place or ask the Marina to move the tenant to another location. Rental rate isv $4,000 annually less 20% management fee to the Marina. Balance of annual rent will be pro-rated and paid to the Buyer at closing if the Buyer elects to keep the tenant in place.


    This superb boat slip will be delivered to the new owner free and clear of any liens and encumbrances.
